This particular version of the Zenfone 3 Deluxe comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. It has the Qualcomm Snapdragon S820. If you are wondering about the model which comes with a Snapdragon S821, that is not available to buy at this time and it’s unclear what the release date will be in the US for the Zenfone 3 Deluxe Special Edition with the 256GB storage, 6GB of RAM and the Snapdragon S821 processor.
